Kathleen Kelly has been providing outside investigations for over five years as a Partner with Bell & Kelly LLP. Prior to that, Kathleen spent two decades investigating federal criminal cases including capital offenses.

Kathleen has investigative training from the National Training Institute of the Association of Workplace Investigators as well as from the Association of Title IX Administrators. During her partnership with Karen Bell, Kathleen and Karen built a reputation for developing well-reasoned and thorough investigative reports based on effective fact-finding techniques.
